ELISA Production Specialist
Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking a talented and highly motivated ELISA Production Specialist. Responsibilities include ELISA kit production, antibody quantification and optimization of sandwich ELISA antibody pair performance. The position also requires programming and operation of liquid handling robots and performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration/validation of instrumentation. A BS degree or equivalent in biology, ELISA/Immunoassay experience, and utilization and implementation of automated liquid handling systems is required. Experience with Caliper liquid handling devices is a plus. The person to fill this position has to be creative and should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills.

Research Associate - Conjugation Group
Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking a talented and highly motivated Research Associate to be part of our Conjugation Group. Major responsibilities include direct antibody conjugation, protein purification, Western blotting and cell culture. Specific job duties include production and management of direct conjugated antibody products, stability studies and bead conjugation. Requirements: BS in Cell Biology or related biological fields, 2-4 years of laboratory experience and some knowledge of cell signaling. Flow cytometry or microscopy experience is desirable. Scientist - Site Discovery
Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking a Scientist to help develop quantitative mass spectrometry methods. In this position, you will design quantitative mass spectrometry studies, prepare samples to evaluate quantitative methods, and interpret results. You will evaluate existing methods, hardware, and software and write custom programs as needed. The candidate should have a Ph.D degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field and laboratory experience in the field of quantitative mass spectrometry. Experience with ThermoElectron hardware and software and with writing custom programs is essential. The candidate must be independent and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Part-time Assistant Laboratory Manager

This person will be a member of the Laboratory Management and Safety Department and will work in an office and laboratory environment. Scientist - Clinical Assay Development

Inside Sales Specialist
Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist whose primarily responsible will be Sales within the Northeast region. This is to be accomplished via the following:
- Two-way telephone based person-to-person sales within the defined territory.
- Lead Generation, identification, qualification and selling to assigned customers.
- Develop account and territory plans.
- Coordinate sales efforts with Drug Discovery Specialists to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Provide Technical Triage support to quickly answer questions/concerns or direct customers calls to the appropriate resource for resolution.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate availability lead times and price quotations, and following sale through entire process and providing our customer on going high quality customer service.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be required to have a working knowledge of the use of CST products in customer applications. The Specialist is expected to apply a Strategic/Consultative sales approach to achieve the Sales Plan via telephone based selling. The Inside specialist is also required to keep up to date on customers requirements, CST and competitive products; and to communicate key market information to the entire CST sales team. The use the CRM tools provided to keep track of customers, sales opportunities and share information with the team is also a key component of the position. Candidates will be required to have the skills to establish and maintain relationships with key customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, and provide an ongoing high level of Customer Service, Sales Support and Technical Assistance. Additionally, the Inside Sales Specialist will be require to work closely with the Drug Discovery Specialists to maximize sales results and meet defined territory sales goals. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years bench experience is required. One year selling, telephone or in the field, experience is preferred. Minimal overnight travel is required.
