Cell Signaling Technology offers a number of buffers and reagents that we use in-house for ELISA development and production. Using these reagents will minimize time spent on optimization and facilitate troubleshooting. Appropriate positive and negative controls extracts, which also allow the standardization of signal obtained from different plates, are also available.
