Sepharose and Magnetic Bead Conjugates
These antibodies are immobilized via covalent binding of primary amine groups to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated sepharose beads or by the covalent reaction of hydrazinonicotinamide-modifed antibody with formylbenzamide-modified magnetic bead and are useful for immunoprecipitation.
