Pacific Blue™ Conjugated Antibodies
These antibodies are conjugated to Pacific Blue™ dye and are useful for flow cytometry applications. Pacific Blue™ dye is optimally excited by a 410 nm diode laser and emits bright blue fluorescence near 455 nm. These antibodies fluoresce brighter than Alexa Fluor® 405 and offer minimal overlap with green fluorophores emission spectra, making them an ideal choice for the first violet channel. All Pacific Blue™ Conjugates are validated in-house for the specified applications.
