PathScan® Multi-Target HCA Kits
Cell Signaling Technology (CST) has developed panels of antibodies to detect protein activity within a particular pathway or for a specific biological function. These PathScan® Multi-Target HCA Kits are designed to elucidate the signaling occurring through key pathway nodes using automated imaging or laser scanning platforms or manual immunofluorescent microscopy. The kits provide the investigator with a quick and easy means to choose the endpoints that will be the most robust and useful for subsequent studies, whether large high content/high throughput screening projects or single small-scale experiments.
- PathScan® Multi-Target HCA Kits allow the user to assay eight signaling molecules grouped by pathway or biological process.
- All kit antibodies are optimized for automated IF applications in-house using high content platforms.
- The kits include the highest quality activation state-specific and total protein antibodies from CST.
- Technical support is provided by CST’s in-house High Content Screening Group.
