Kinase Assay Reagents
Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is a leading provider of high quality validated screening reagents for kinase drug discovery. We offer a wide range of recombinant active protein kinases, substrates and phosphorylation-specific antibodies extensively validated for biochemical high throughput screening. We also offer kits for cell based kinase activity assays. Each assay development reagent is available in bulk and in small quantities for profiling studies or assay development purposes. CST now offers eight recombinant active tyrosine phosphatases to facilitate the identification of potential phosphatase inhibitors.
Screening Products
- Active Kinases are expressed in insect cells using a baculovirus expression system and purified to near homogeneity.
- HTScan® Kinase Assays designed to perform dose-response studies and IC50 determinations of kinase inhibitors on purified recombinant active kinases. (note: Streptavidin plate and secondary antibodies not included. See datasheet for more info.)
- Substrate Screening Kits expedite the identification of peptide substrates for novel kinases.
- Nonradioactive Kinase Assay Kits provides all the reagents necessary to measure kinase activity from a cell.
- Recombinant Fusion Proteins serve as useful substrates for assaying kinase activity.
- Biotinylated Peptide Substrates and positive control peptides also available for kinase assay.
