Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells, untreated (left) or etoposide treated (right), using Cleaved Caspase-3 Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 488) #9669 in combination with TUNEL staining. In early apoptotic stage, cells are positive for cleaved caspase-3 and negative for TUNEL (lower right quadrant), while in late apoptosis cells are positive for both markers (upper right quadrant).
Phospho-Histone H3 (Ser10) Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) #9708
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of asynchronous Jurkat cells, using Phospho-Histone H3 (Ser10) Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) #9708 and Phospho-Rb (Ser608) Antibody #2181. Cells in G0 phase (green) of the cell cycle are negative for phospho-Histone H3 and phospho-Rb, while cells in G1/S/G2 (blue) are positive for phospho-Rb only. Cells undergoing mitosis (red) show bright staining with both antibodies.
