Invoice Copies To request copies of your invoices please email accounts receivable at invoicerequests@cellsignal.com.
Credit Card Purchases For your convenience, Cell Signaling Technology (CST) accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa for purchases. Credit card must be approved prior to shipment of product.
Return Fee In the case of purchasing error or change in an order after the order has been shipped, CST will charge a 10% return fee. The return fee applies to unopened, properly stored items that are authorized for return. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Phone Orders Please provide the following information:
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Purchase order number
- Caller's name and telephone number
- Catalog number, package size and description
- Quantity
NOTE: Written confirmation of telephone orders must be marked: "CONFIRMING — DO NOT DUPLICATE."
Online Purchases (U.S. only) CST’s website offers secure online ordering for U.S. domestic orders. To place an order online simply locate the product you wish to purchase by browsing through our online product catalog or by using our convenient product search feature. Once you’ve found a product you wish to purchase, look for the “Add to Cart” button shown below.
Clicking on this button places the product in your shopping cart and displays the cart's contents. At this point you can modify the quantity to be purchased for any product in your cart, choose to remove products from the cart altogether, continue to shop for additional products, or proceed to checkout and complete your order. You can also review the contents of your shopping cart and proceed to checkout at any time by clicking on the shopping cart button located at the top of every page on our site, shown below.
Both major credit cards and valid purchase orders are accepted as payment for orders placed online. CST respects your right to privacy and will not share customer information, such as payment information or billing, shipping and e-mail addresses submitted online, with any third party.
Registering Online Registering with CST for an online username and password is required to order products from CST. Registering online for a username and password gives the user certain ordering capabilities such as:
- Obtaining your proper discounting and pricing. After completion of an initial order, and logging back in to CST's website, your discounted prices will appear in the cart.
- Retrieve stored billing and shipping information.
Registration and log in are required to access these features to protect your online privacy.
Delivery Orders received Monday through Friday before 8:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day for next business day delivery (within carrier's overnight delivery area). Same day delivery service available for customers within the Boston metropolitan area.
Prices Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Charges Orders receive 24 hour air express service to all available locations via FedEx. There is a flat shipping charge of $25 for each order. All products ship the day they are available—there are never additional charges for partial shipments or ice.
Terms Net 30 days in U.S. dollars after credit approval.
Custom Requests CST products are available for high throughput screening and other drug discovery applications in special formulations, preparations and bulk quantities. Please contact our sales department for information and prompt quotations regarding any product in a custom formulation (carrier-free), for custom antibody or peptide labeling services, and/or for purchases of reagents in mg or ml quantities.
Conditions Products are sold and licensed for use by end-users only for research or laboratory use and are not to be used on humans or for clinical diagnostic or drug purposes. Any use of Products for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or any purchase of Products for resale (alone or as a component), requires a separate license from CST. The purchase of Product does not grant any right or license to use such Product in the practice of any methods covered by CST patents or applications.
Warranty CST warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated on the technical data sheet for that product. CST agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. Notice for replacement must be given within 60 days of receipt of products. If changes in the physical criteria of any product are made, the description in the technical data sheet will supersede the information contained in this catalog.
In consideration of the above promises by CST, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:
- That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied;
- That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED OR WAIVED;
- That the buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product from CST; and
- That this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against CST.
Exclusive Terms of Sale CST does not agree to and is not bound by any other terms or conditions, unless those terms and conditions have been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of CST.
Guidelines for Safe Use of the Products CST recommends that the buyer and other persons using this product follow Good Laboratory Practice guidelines. CST disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines. It is the user's responsibility to determine for himself or herself the suitability of any material and/or procedure for a specific purpose and to adopt such safety precautions as may be necessary.
Research Use Only Since these products are intended for research purposes by qualified persons, the Environmental Protection Agency does not require us to supply Pre-manufacturing Notice.
