    Product Information

    Product Description

This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Thr288 of Aurora A. The threonine residue in the peptide corresponding to Thr288 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in a kinase assay (DAPK1 Kinase #7647), but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
    MW (kDa) 2034
    Molecular Formula 2034 daltons

    Product Usage Information

This phosphorylated peptide can be detected with the Phospho-PKA Substrate (RRXS*/T*) (100G7E) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody #9624. A sample kinase assay protocol is attached.

    Storage

Supplied in 0.0001% DMSO. Store at -20°C.

    Quality Control

The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
