This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding serine 133 of CREB. This peptide was generated for use as a substrate in heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.

Quality Control

The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
