Description

This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Tyr87 of Gastrin Precursor. The tyrosine residue in the peptide corresponding to Tyr87 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in CST's HTScan® kinase assay kits (HTScan® Syk Kinase Assay Kit #7779, HTScan® FLT3 Kinase Assay Kit #7743, HTScan® Ret Kinase Assay Kit #7773, HTScan® VEGF Receptor 1 Kinase Assay Kit #7785, HTScan® VEGF Receptor 2 Kinase Assay Kit #7788). It may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.

Quality Control

The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
