Description
This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Tyr402 of Pyk2. The tyrosine residue in the peptide corresponding to Tyr402 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in CST's HTScan® kinase assay kits (HTScan® Csk Kinase Assay Kit #7802, HTScan® HER4/ErbB4 Kinase Assay Kit #7725, HTScan® FGF Receptor 1 Kinase Assay Kit #7420, HTScan® FGF Receptor 4 Kinase Assay Kit #7737, HTScan® Met Kinase Assay Kit #7440), but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
Quality Control
The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
