Description
This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Tyr589 of FLT3. The tyrosine residue in the peptide corresponding to Tyr589 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in CST's HTScan® kinase assay kits (HTScan® HER2/ErbB2 Kinase Assay Kit #7058, HTScan® FGF Receptor 3 Kinase Assay Kit #7734, HTScan® Jak2 Kinase Assay Kit #7752, HTScan® PDGF Receptor α Kinase Assay Kit #7913, HTScan® PDGF Receptor β Kinase Assay Kit #7770), but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
Quality Control
The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
