Phospho-eNOS (Ser1177) Biotinylated Peptide #1507
Cell Signaling Technology offers a full line of protein kinases, substrates, antibody detection reagents and HTScan® kits. Browse our "Reagents for High-Throughput Screening" product listing or contact us at drugdiscovery@cellsignal.com.
Description
This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Ser1177 of eNOS. The serine residue in the peptide has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in CST's HTScan® kinase assay kits and kinases (HTScan® Akt1 Kinase Assay Kit #7501, HTScan® Akt2 Kinase Assay Kit #7504, HTScan® Akt3 Kinase Assay Kit #7507, Akt1 kinase #7535, Akt2 kinase #7503, Akt3 kinase #7506 ), but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
Quality Control
The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
