Description
This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Ezrin (Thr567)/Radixin (Thr564)/Moesin (Thr558). The threonine residue in the peptide has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control in kinase assays (IRAK4 Kinase #7551, HTScan® IRAK4 Kinase Assay Kit #7552, Mst4 Kinase #7639, HTScan® Mst4 Kinase Assay Kit #7639, Mst2 Kinase #7678, MARK3 Kinase #7354, KHS1Kinase #7373), but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.
Quality Control
The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.
