Solutions and Reagents
1X Kinase Buffer
60 mM HEPES
5 mM MgCl2
5 mM MnCl2
3 µM Na3VO4
Note: TKB must be supplemented with ATP (#9804) and 2.5 mM dithiothreitol (DTT).
