Western blot analysis of extracts from HeLa cells, untreated or treated with Calyculin A #9902 (10 nM, 30 min) or Staurosporine #9953 (1 μM, 3 hr), using Phospho-(Ser/Thr) CK2 Substrate (P-S/T3-100) Rabbit mAb #8738.
Western blot analysis of extracts from COS-7 cells, synchronized in G1/S, G2/M, and G0 phase of the cell cycle, using Phospho-(Ser) CDKs Substrate (P-S2-100) Rabbit mAb #9477.
Phospho-Tyr antibody reacts broadly with Tyr-phosphorylated proteins. HeLa cells were treated by different conditions, an induction in Tyr phosphorylation is observed upon stimulation of EGF receptor by treatment with EGF; EGFR mediated phosphorylation is inhibited by the tyrosine kinase inhibitor gefitinib.
Phospho-MAPK/CDK Substrate antibody has broad reactivity with proteins phosphorylated on Ser residues with proximal Pro residues at the -2 and +1 positions. CMGC family kinases including MAPKs and CDKs phosphorylate substrates containing this motif. Changes in phosphorylation of this motif are detected with nocodazole mediated mitotic arrest, as well as MEK/ERK signaling inhibition by U0126 in HeLa cells.
The KinomeView® Profiling Kit provides a set of Phospho-Motif Antibodies that cover a large portion of the kinome and react broadly with serine, threonine, and tyrosine phosphorylation mediated by diverse kinase families throughout the kinome. This kit will provide researchers with an immunoblotting strategy to dissect the complexity of the phosphoproteome and determine the kinase families involved in the regulation of diverse physiological processes. By using the provided Phospho-motif Antibodies, the investigator can assess global changes in protein phosphorylation by western analysis across a range of experimental samples and conditions.
Specificity / Sensitivity
