Description

Tris buffered saline (TBS) solution with the detergent Tween-20 for use as a wash buffer during Western blotting. Supplied at pH 7.4.

Directions for Use

Dilute TBST-10X buffer 1:10 with water to produce a 1X TBS/0.1% Tween-20 solution. This is enough for 10 liters of 1X solution.
