Introduction

Use of activation-state antibodies from Cell Signaling Technology for intracellular staining allows for sensitive, rapid analysis of cell signaling in mixed populations of cells. Moreover, direct immunofluorescent staining of fixed adherent cells or tissue allows the user to monitor molecular localization of signaling proteins within cells and tissues.
