Cell Signaling Technology® is proud to introduce SignalStain® Boost IHC Detection Reagent (HRP, Rabbit) #8114 and (HRP, Mouse) #8125. These polymer-based detection reagents were developed to enhance sensitivity and eliminate complications arising from false positive staining due to endogenous biotin. Both products offer a one-step, highly sensitive alternative to traditional IHC detection methods. SignalStain® Boost IHC Detection Reagents are specific to either rabbit or mouse IgG, can be used to visualize targets in both paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue, and are compatible with all peroxidase-based substrates.
