Antibody Incubation at 37°C
To cut down on time during the IHC staining procedure, Cell Signaling Technology's IHC group has started to test IHC-validated antibodies for a primary antibody incubation at 37°C for 2 hours instead of 4°C overnight. The antibodies listed here have been approved for primary antibody incubation for 2 hours at 37°C.
