The Bcl-xL (54H6) Rabbit mAb #2764 recognizes a portion of the human Bcl-xL sequence which is retained in all three isoforms of Bcl-xL. Please see UniProt for the precise isoform sequences:
https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q07817#sequences
The doublet is most likely Bcl-xL and Bcl-xB, as Bcl-xS has a lower predicted molecular weight (19 kDa versus 25-26 kDa).

ZEB2 mRNA is alternatively spliced and there are post-translational modifications (PTMs), such as ubiquitination and sumoylation, that may be the cause of the larger, 210kDa band. The potential modification sites on the ZEB2 protein can be found at https://www.phosphosite.org/proteinAction.action?id=15497&showAllSites=true. Please also see the UniProt page for human ZEB2 for more sequence and protein information (UniProt: O60315, https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O60315).

We believe the upper band observed when using the Rad18 (D2B8) XP® Rabbit mAb #9040, Phospho-Rad18 (Ser403) (D2T6W) Rabbit mAb #14978, or Phospho-Rad18 (Ser403) Antibody #8393 is likely mono-ubiquitinated Rad18 (see Inagaki, A et al. (2011) PLoS One. 6(8), e23155 PMID: 21858012; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21858012). This target may also have other modifications, such as phosphorylation, due to two bands being seen with the phospho-antibodies.
