MeDIP Kits and Reagents

MeDIP Kits and Reagents

DNA immunoprecipitation (DIP) is a technique that uses antibodies to immunoenrich for regions of the genome containing modified nucleotides. The DIP assay can be used to assess levels of a given DNA modification at specific genomic loci using Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR), or to analyze levels of a given DNA modification across the entire genome using next-generation sequencing (NGS). SimpleDIP™ Methylated DNA IP (MeDIP) or SimpleDIP™ Hydroxymethylated DNA IP (hMeDIP) kits from CST contain all of the buffers and reagents needed to perform MeDIP or hMeDIP experiments with mammalian cells. Both kits include positive controls to help you validate your results.
