It is possible to see a doublet with our Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) (D47G9) XP Rabbit mAb #3270 in some extracts. This is because #3230 can recognize JunD phosphorylated at Ser100. Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) is the higher band at approximately 48 kDa, whereas phospho-JunD (Ser100) is the lower band at approximately 42 kDa.

The regulation of ER stress and autophagy during viral infection is an important factor in the balance of virus and host survival.
Autophagy is more than just the bulk degradation of intracellular components. It can also selectively degrade specific organelles, pathogens, and proteins.
Regulation of cell death due to viral infection is important for host survival. In this series, we look at pathways regulated through cellular responses to viruses.
