Cell viability assays measure the population of live, viable cells within a sample. Typically, viability assays measure markers of cell health, including cellular metabolism, ATP levels, and cell proliferation.
We have tested the Ki-67 (D2H10) Rabbit mAb #9027 on a variety of FFPE mouse tissues and have not observed specific staining. Based on this, we have concluded that #9027 does not detect mouse Ki-67, however non-nuclear background staining may be observed in some mouse tissues.

Cell viability is a measure of the proportion of live, healthy cells within a population. Assays to assess cell viability measure metabolic activity, ATP content, cell proliferation, or membrane integrity.
For years, the TME could only be viewed in single-cell snapshots by flow cytometry or limited tissue staining. IMC offers a panorama of this dynamic world.
Co-staining with multiple antibodies is a low-content form of multiplex analysis that be achieved using different host species or fluorophore conjugates.
Measuring and comparing cell viability in your assays is important, whether it’s the data you’re pursuing or an important control in your experiment.

The predicted molecular weight of PD-L2 is 31 kDa (based on amino acid composition). However, in most models, PD-L2 migrates at an observed molecular weight of 45-60 kDa on Tris-Glycine gels. This discrepancy between the predicted and the observed molecular weights is a result of glycosylation [see Wang, H et al. (2017) Oncoimmunology 6(7), e1327494 (PMID: 28811964; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28811964)].
