Pre-Clinical IHC Tools for Mouse Models

Enabling translational research with anti-mouse tumor immunology antibodies for IHC

Mouse models are valuable pre-clinical research tools. First, they are genetically and biologically similar to humans. Secondly, they mimic human disease states without the tissue sample limitations of human models. However, mouse monoclonal antibodies suffer from secondary antibody-related background when used on mouse tissue. Rabbit monoclonal antibodies are an ideal solution to this problem.

Don’t settle for sub-optimal reagents that don’t cover all your research needs.

We are continually expanding our portfolio of mouse-reactive, IHC validated antibodies against the most important tumor immunology targets. Our IHC validated rabbit monoclonal antibodies demonstrate the exceptional specificity, sensitivity, and performance required for credible results in challenging applications such as IHC, while eliminating problems seen with mouse-on-mouse staining.

We work with syngeneic mouse models, as well as normal mouse tissues, to confirm specificity in the same pre-clinical models our customers are using. This provides an extra data point, showing the protein of interest is expressed within a tumor model, not just in a given tissue. We also perform staining using the Leica BOND Rx, a familiar platform to many researchers. You can be confident that these antibodies will perform as expected, and you can save time using the product-specific autostainer protocols we’ve already validated.

Cell Signaling Technology-validated anti-mouse rabbit monoclonal antibodies for immunohistochemistry reduce background, providing clearer results and reducing experiment turnaround time. We have the expertise and the data to be your most reliable pre-clinical partner for IHC solutions.
