Product Information

Product Usage Information

The CUT&Tag dilution was determined using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. Recommended antibody dilution is 1:50.

Storage

Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin (BSA), and 50% glycerol. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody. This product is stable for 24 months when stored at -20°C.

Specificity / Sensitivity

Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody recognizes native mouse IgG.

Species Reactivity:

Mouse

Source / Purification

The purified antibody was isolated from pooled donkey antisera and prepared by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose.

Product Description

Designed for use with mouse polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, this affinity purified donkey anti-mouse IgG reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG and the light chains of mouse IgM and IgA. This product is thoroughly validated with Cell Signaling Technology® primary antibodies and will work optimally with the Cell Signaling Technology® CUT&Tag protocol, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.

Background

Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody is a secondary antibody designed to bind to primary antibodies generated from the mouse species. It is used to detect and amplify signals in various assays.

Species Reactivity

Species reactivity is determined by testing in at least one approved application (e.g., western blot).

CUT and Tag Image 1: Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody Expand Image
CUT&Tag was performed with HeLa cells and Rpb1 CTD (4H8) Mouse mAb #2629 and Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody, using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. DNA library was prepared using CUT&Tag Dual Index Primers and PCR Master Mix for Illumina Systems #47415. The figure shows binding across GAPDH, a known target gene of Rpb1 (see our #2629 ChIP-qPCR figure).

CUT&Tag was performed with HeLa cells and Rpb1 CTD (4H8) Mouse mAb #2629 and Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody, using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. DNA library was prepared using CUT&Tag Dual Index Primers and PCR Master Mix for Illumina Systems #47415. The figures show binding across chromosome 12 (upper), including GAPDH (lower), a known target gene of Rpb1 (see our #2629 ChIP-qPCR figure).
