*Pan anti-mouse secondary antibodies (4408, 4409, 8890, 4410) successfully detect mouse IgG2a chimeric primary antibodies, however it is suggested that users determine the optimal dilution for each primary antibody by titration. Pan anti-mouse secondary antibodies must be titrated past 1:2000 to avoid cross-reactivity with other chimeric primary antibodies when multiplexing.
