Studying Immune Regulation: Global Phosphorylation Profiling and Flow Cytometry

Capturing Signaling Patterns through Global Phosphorylation Profiling and Intracellular Flow Cytometry

Understanding the activity of intracellular signaling pathways are crucial to developing therapies that maximize efficacy and minimize toxicity. Mass spectroscopy-based proteomics and intracellular flow cytometry can further our understanding of immune regulation in cancer and improve therapeutic potentials. This presentation (filmed at the 2019 AAI meeting) shows how small protocol changes can overcome many of the challenges of proteomic analysis and multiplexed extra- and intracellular flow cytometry.
