ACLY Antibodies

You can find the right ACLY antibody for your scientific research with our 6 antibodies developed in Rabbit. These antibodies are validated for detecting ACLY in Human, Monkey, Mouse and Rat samples using techniques like Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), Immunoprecipitation, Simple Western™ and Flow Cytometry (Fixed/Permeabilized). Our ACLY antibodies have been cited in 281 publications and have 46 product images.

Target Information

ATP-citrate synthase is the primary enzyme responsible for the synthesis of cytosolic acetyl-CoA in many tissues. Has a central role in de novo lipid synthesis. In nervous tissue it may be involved in the biosynthesis of acetylcholine. In the C-terminal section; belongs to the succinate/malate CoA ligase alpha subunit family. 3 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.

Alternate Names

ACL; ACLY; ATP citrate lyase; ATP-citrate (pro-S-)-lyase; ATP-citrate synthase; ATPCL; Citrate cleavage enzyme; CLATP
