CD58 Antibodies

You can find the right CD58 antibody for your scientific research with our 3 antibodies developed in Rabbit. These antibodies are validated for detecting CD58 in Human samples using techniques like Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), Flow Cytometry (Fixed/Permeabilized), Flow Cytometry (Live) and Immunoprecipitation. Our CD58 antibodies have 33 product images.

Target Information

Ligand of the T-lymphocyte CD2 glycoprotein. This interaction is important in mediating thymocyte interactions with thymic epithelial cells, antigen-independent and -dependent interactions of T-lymphocytes with target cells and antigen-presenting cells and the T-lymphocyte rosetting with erythrocytes. In addition, the LFA-3/CD2 interaction may prime response by both the CD2+ and LFA-3+ cells. 3 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.

Alternate Names

Ag3; CD58; CD58 antigen, (lymphocyte function-associated antigen 3); CD58 molecule; LFA-3; LFA3; Lymphocyte function-associated antigen 3; Surface glycoprotein LFA-3
