ENO2 Antibodies

You can find the right ENO2 antibody for your scientific research with our 6 antibodies developed in Rabbit. These antibodies are validated for detecting ENO2 in Human, Monkey, Mouse and Rat samples using techniques like Western Blotting, ELISA+, Flow Cytometry (Fixed/Permeabilized), Immunofluorescence (Frozen), Immunofluorescence (Immunocytochemistry), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) and Immunoprecipitation. Our ENO2 antibodies have been cited in 59 publications and have 30 product images.

Target Information

Has neurotrophic and neuroprotective properties on a broad spectrum of central nervous system (CNS) neurons. Binds, in a calcium-dependent manner, to cultured neocortical neurons and promotes cell survival. Belongs to the enolase family. The alpha/alpha homodimer is expressed in embryo and in most adult tissues. The alpha/beta heterodimer and the beta/beta homodimer are found in striated muscle, and the alpha/gamma heterodimer and the gamma/gamma homodimer in neurons. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.
