TMOD1 Antibodies

You can find the right TMOD1 antibody for your scientific research with our 2 antibodies developed in Rabbit. These antibodies are validated for detecting TMOD1 in Human, Monkey, Mouse and Rat samples using techniques like Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) and Immunoprecipitation. Our TMOD1 antibodies have 12 product images.

Target Information

Blocks the elongation and depolymerization of the actin filaments at the pointed end. The Tmod/TM complex contributes to the formation of the short actin protofilament, which in turn defines the geometry of the membrane skeleton. May play an important role in regulating the organization of actin filaments by preferentially binding to a specific tropomyosin isoform at its N-terminus. Belongs to the tropomodulin family. Highly expressed in the erythrocyte, heart and skeletal muscle. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. Note: This description may include information from UniProtKB.

Alternate Names

D9S57E; E-Tmod; e-tropomodulin; Erythrocyte tropomodulin; ETMOD; TMOD; TMOD1; tropomodulin 1; Tropomodulin-1
