Phospho-cdc2 (Tyr15) Biotinylated Peptide
Experimental Controls

Phospho-cdc2 (Tyr15) Biotinylated Peptide #1459

This product is discontinued

This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Tyr15 of cdc2. The tyrosine residue in the peptide corresponding to Tyr15 has been chemically phosphorylated in the course of peptide synthesis. This phosphopeptide was generated for use as a positive control for kinase assay using Lyn Kinase #7610, but it may also serve as a positive control in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.

Molecular Formula:

1747 daltons

Peptide Core Sequence:

The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.

This phosphorylated peptide can be detected with the Phospho-Tyrosine mAb (P-Tyr-100) #9411. Sample kinase assay protocol is attached.

Supplied in 0.0001% DMSO. Store at -20°C.
