Fluorescence Spectra Viewer

Use the CST^® spectra viewer below to visualize the excitation and emission spectra for your fluorophores or dyes of interest, enabling you to compare and combine fluors for your experimental design. The spectra viewer also allows you to determine compatibility with your instrumentation, including available lasers and filter sets. You can enter your excitation and emission characteristics or select a specific instrument to visualize how the fluorophores will work with your setup.

Using the Fluorescence Spectra Viewer

1. Search for your fluorescent dyes or products of interest below the viewer, then select and add them to view the spectra.
2. (Optional) Enter one or more excitation laser and/or emission filter set, or select a specific instrument to view its characteristics on the plot
3. (Optional) Select “Normalize” or “Multi Laser” to see how emission intensities will change based on given excitation characteristics.
4. Save or print your view if desired.
