Can the UNC5B (D9M7Z) Rabbit mAb #13851 recognize cleaved UNC5B?

The epitope of our UNC5B (D9M7Z) Rabbit mAb #13851 is located near the caspase cleavage site (Asp412). Therefore, with extracts prepared from apoptotic cells or from high expression cell lines (e.g., C6, mouse brain, and PC-12), it is possible to detect a carboxy-terminal cleavage product at approximately 80 kDa.
