Can you provide the identity of the capture and detection antibodies in your PathScan® ELISA kits?

If you are interested in optimizing your own antibody pair, we offer the following guidelines:

Most of our antibodies perform optimally for capture or detection when titrated down to a range of 0.5-4.0 ug/ml (final working concentration). If being used for capture or detection, the ideal candidate antibodies should be approved for the IP application. We recommend starting with a custom carrier-free antibody (PBS) rather than the off-the-shelf antibody glycerol formulation.

Of course, not all antibodies will work for ELISA and some will work only for capture or detection (not necessarily both). However, using these very basic guidelines, customers are welcome to try any of our available antibodies and perform their own validation. PBS-formulated antibodies can be purchased via special order by sending an email to [email protected].
