Do your ETO and AML antibodies recognize the AML-ETO fusion protein?

AML1 and ETO can form a leukemia-associated fusion protein that migrates at approximately 94 kDa (expressed in Kasumi-1 cells). Our AML1 Antibody #4334 and AML1 (D33G6) XP Rabbit mAb #4336 detect both AML1 and the AML1-ETO fusion proteins very well. Our AML1 Antibody (Mouse Preferred) #8229 detects AML1, but only weakly detects the AML1-ETO fusion protein. Our AML1 (D4A6) Rabbit mAb (Mouse Preferred) #8529 only detects AML1. Our ETO Antibody #4498 only weakly detects the AML-ETO fusion protein compared to the other products.
