How do I generate a standard curve for your FastScan™ ELISA kits?

Our FastScan™ ELISA products are intended for relative quantitation rather than absolute quantitation. Therefore, we do not provide standards. The positive control is intended to confirm that the assay is working and is not meant to be used as a standard. Typically, researchers will first normalize their samples according to protein amount or cell number and then determine relative target abundance by comparing signal intensities between samples.
