How do I QC my CUT&RUN DNA before proceeding with NGseq?

In addition to routine library DNA QC using BioAnalyzer, TapeStation, or Fragment Analyzer systems, you can assess the success of your CUT&RUN assay prior to NGS by performing qPCR on either the enriched CUT&RUN DNA or the library DNA after library preparation using DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina Systems (ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN) #56795. Both our CUT&RUN Assay Kit #86652 and CUT&RUN Assay Kit (with Drosophila Spike-In Control) #84647 are compatible with downstream qPCR analysis.
