Is there a method I can use to quantify the amount of protein in my lysate after adding SDS loading buffer?

We use the Pierce 660nm Protein Assay Kit supplemented with the ionic detergent compatibility reagent (IDCR) to determine the protein concentration of lysates prepared in 1X SDS + DTT buffer. This protein assay kit is the only one we are aware of that is compatible with samples that contain bromophenol blue.
