What is the cross-reactivity of the Claudin-6 (E2S5M) Rabbit mAb #62831 with other Claudin family proteins?

The peptide sequence used to produce our Claudin-6 (E2S5M) Rabbit mAb #62831 is located near the carboxy terminus of human Claudin-6 and was carefully selected to avoid cross-reaction with other Claudin family proteins. Due to the very low sequence homology in this region between Claudin-6 and the other Claudin proteins, there is no chance of cross-reaction with Claudin-3, Claudin-4 and Claudin-9.
