What is the identity and concentration of the positive control in my FastScan™ ELISA kit?

Unfortunately, the identity and concentration of the positive controls supplied in our FastScan™ kits are considered proprietary. We offer a positive control to confirm that the assay is working as expected, but it is not meant or validated to be used as a standard. Typically, researchers will first normalize their samples according to protein amount or cell number and then determine relative target abundance by comparing signal intensities.
