What lysis buffers are compatible with the ProteinSimple system?

Bio-Techne has tested various commercial buffers and common buffer components for compatibility with Simple Western™ and has found that some buffer components may negatively affect Simple Western™ results. For reference, Bio-Techne provides a helpful buffer compatibility chart on their website. At CST we use samples prepared in either SDS sample buffer (1X) (Blue Loading Buffer Pack #7722 or Red Loading Buffer Pack #7723) or Cell Lysis Buffer (1X) #9803. These buffers did not impact run performance in-house.
