Which phospho-Akt (Ser473) antibody do you suggest for Immunofluorescence (Immunocytochemistry) with mouse samples?

We have several antibodies for detecting Akt phosphorylation at Ser473 that are validated for IF-IC with mouse tissues. These are:

• Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (193H12) Rabbit mAb #4058
• Phospho-Akt (Ser473) Antibody #9271
• Phospho-Akt1 (Ser473) (D7F10) XP® Rabbit mAb #9018
• Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (E4U3U) Mouse mAb #23430

All of these work well, however, we recommend #4060 as the preferred choice for IF, as it gives the strongest signal in this application and avoids potential mouse-on-mouse background.
