Why do I see a doublet with your Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) (D47G9) XP® Rabbit mAb #3270?

It is possible to see a doublet with our Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) (D47G9) XP Rabbit mAb #3270 in some extracts. This is because #3230 can recognize JunD phosphorylated at Ser100. Phospho-c-Jun (Ser73) is the higher band at approximately 48 kDa, whereas phospho-JunD (Ser100) is the lower band at approximately 42 kDa.
