Why is the observed molecular weight of PJA2 different from the predicted molecular weight when using your PJA2 Antibody #40180 for western blot?

The predicted molecular weight of PJA2 is listed at 78 kDa (UniProt ID O43164), but the protein is observed migrating at 150 kDa by western blot. This is not due to post-translational modifications, but due to the acidic nature of the protein (pI=4.28), which causes it to run at a higher molecular weight.
