Why is there aggregation present in my bottle of RIPA Buffer (10X) #9806?
The presence of aggregation in our RIPA Buffer (10X) #9806 is a common occurrence due to the high concentration of the reagents and should be no cause for alarm. At times the aggregation persists even when the bottle is warmed to room temperature. We recommend warming the buffer to 37C for about 15 minutes to help reduce the precipitation. The buffer will continue to work as expected, even with minimal precipitation present. Furthermore, the 10X buffer can be diluted to 5X-2X to reduce precipitation.
