Will the Rab11a Antibody #2413 detect Rab11b?
The antigen for the Rab11a Antibody #2413 surrounds Arg184 of the human Rab11a protein. The antigen only shares approximately 67% homology with the human Rab11b sequence, and is not expected to detect the Rab11b isoform.
