Myc (Ser62) Biotinylated Peptide #1467

This product is discontinued

This biotinylated peptide contains the residues surrounding Ser62 of Myc. It was generated for use as a substrate in a kinase assay using CDK2/Cyc A2 Kinase #7544, but may also serve as a substrate in other heterogeneous or homogeneous kinase assays.

Molecular Formula:

2346 daltons

Peptide Core Sequence:

The quality of the biotinylated peptide was evaluated by reverse-phase HPLC and by mass spectrometry.

The phosphorylated form of the peptide can be detected with the Phospho-MAPK/CDK Substrates (PXSP or SPXR/K) (34B2) Rabbit mAb #2325. Sample kinase assay protocol is attached.
